to place your orders. Any way you order we ship same day and offer
free ground shipping with any credit card order of $100 or more.
Online:
We invite you to browse through our product offerings and make purchases
by using our secure shopping cart system. To register, simply create
your own personalized account to make shopping for future purchases fast
and easy.
Another Great Feature
is your cart will remain active until
you leave the online store even if you shop as a guest.
For
your convenience, you may also use our shopping cart system to view the
cost of an order your are considering without having to input your
credit card info.

We ship
United Parcel Service, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Global Priority
outside the USA, (average time for global priority delivery is 10 days). Shipments
are sent; usually the same day if the order is received by 3
pm Pacific Coast Time.
Payment Information:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If desired, we can invoice new
customers (30 days net) with your credit card information on file.

Replacements:
The sterilized packages we offer have a printed shelf life listed on
them. If
you should have an expired package, please call our office for return
instructions and we will promptly replace them at no additional charge.
Packaging:
Our single use sterile shields are packaged one per pouch.
The non-handle version includes a silicone suction cup for insertion and
removal. If you desire a pair of shields in the same package for
your bilateral cases, you should order our (OU) bilateral shields which
has two shields and one suction cup per pouch. Bilateral sterile
shields are only available
without a handle. FYI: Autoclavable shields are sold two to a
package.
